Q.: "The older I get, the closer I am to dealing with the issue of my own mortality. I confess to feeling somewhat frightened by the concept of death. How can I deal with this fear?" Sarah T.
A.: "The transition of the Soul is seamless and painless. It is even without sadness and is a very natural event. Although our Loved ones are saddened by the loss of the Self they have known and Loved, the Soul of the Loved one continues its journey, all the while remaining connected to those with whom it has formed the closest bonds."
Q.: "How did this experience change your life?" Evelyn B.
A.: "My acceptance and understanding of my Soul and its presence has erased many very personal anxieties and conflicts. Although the physical and psychological affects are many and profound, the most intense has been the very heightened sense of connectedness with the world around me particularly the individuals closest to me in my life. Secondly, the resonant sense of gratitude for each day, each experience, whether it is seen as positive or negative."
